a relaxing stay , but some aspects need attention

the landscape offered fine views. the architecture blended well with the environment. i found the service to be satisfactory.
communication was not very good , it took a week to confirm my transfer. i experienced food issues that i believe came from the barbecue near the hot springs. the staff did not apologize for this , and they did not offer a refund.

breakfast was good. the food tasted good and the service was great. my kids enjoyed the llama farm and the hot springs.
the room i booked weren't the same as shown on the pictures. the hotel was full so we couldn't be upgraded. human scull above the entrance door to the reception is super weird, i think they should take it down.

the alpaca farm surprised me. the thermal spring tubs were wonderfully warm, accessible anytime. a covered area offered information about local animals and the textile industry.
the shower water wasn't very hot, and the water pressure was low.
